🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Candidate must have passed 10th Standard (SSLC) or equivalent from a recognized board.

• Tamil language is compulsory till 10th Standard.

Age Limit (as on 01.07.2025)

• Minimum Age: 18 years

• Maximum Age: 26 years

• Age relaxation applicable as per Government rules (BC, MBC, SC, ST, Ex-servicemen, etc.).

Physical Standards

For Men:

• Height:

  • OC/BC/MBC/DNC: 170 cm

  • SC/ST: 167 cm

• Chest: 81 cm (Expansion 5 cm mandatory)

For Women:

• Height:

  • OC/BC/MBC/DNC: 159 cm

  • SC/ST: 157 cm

(Physical Efficiency Test includes running, rope climbing, long jump, shot put, etc.)

• Pay Scale: ₹18,200 – ₹67,100/-
