Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:

Assistant Manager (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical):
Full-time B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) degree in the respective discipline with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized university/institution. -
Senior Medical Officer:
MBBS degree with registration under Medical Council of India (MCI) and minimum 1-year post qualification experience.
Age Limit

Assistant Manager: Maximum 35 years

Senior Medical Officer: Maximum 37 years
-
Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates as per Government norms.
Pay Scale
-
E-3 Grade: ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000/- per month (IDA pattern)

Other benefits: DA, HRA, medical facilities, and other allowances as per THDC rules.
Selection Process
-
Candidates will be shortlisted based on educational qualification and experience.

Shortlisted candidates will be called for a Personal Interview.

Final selection will be based on performance in the interview and document verification.
In case screening test is conducted, the same shall be qualifying in nature (50% for UR/EWS/OBC(NCL) and 40% for SC/ST/PwBDs where vacancy is reserved for respective category) and candidates qualified in screening test shall be shortlisted for interview based on their marks in the screening test and in the prescribed ratio decided by the management. The screening test shall be for elimination purpose only and will not have any weightage in final merit. Selection shall be done based on marks secured in interview only, the selection process for that post code shall comprise of Personal Interview only.
