Educational Qualification

• Deputy Manager (Economist): Master’s in Economics / Econometrics / Financial Economics with minimum 60% marks.

• AGM / Manager / Research Analyst: MBA (Finance) / PGDM (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

Age Limit (as on 01.10.2025)

• Deputy Manager (Economist): Up to 30 years

• AGM: 35 – 45 years

• Manager / Research Analyst: 24 – 36 years

• Age relaxation applicable as per government rules.

Salary Details

• Deputy Manager: ₹64,820 – ₹93,960

• Manager: ₹85,920 – ₹1,05,280

• AGM: ₹1,20,940 – ₹1,35,020

• General / OBC / EWS: ₹750

• SC / ST / PwBD: Nil

Selection Process

• Shortlisting: Based on criteria set by SBI; merely meeting minimum eligibility does not guarantee being called for the interview. 

• Interview: Carries 100 marks. Qualifying marks will be decided by SBI.

• Merit List: Final merit is based only on scores in the interview. In case of tie, older candidate (by age) gets preference (Kindly refer to the official website for more details).
